Since my father’s passing, I have kept the tradition of ordering flowers for my mother every birthday, Mother’s Day & anniversary, just as my father would have done. The owner, Ryan, and his wife, know when I call, why I am calling & ALWAYS do a PHENOMENAL job spoiling my mother with their beautiful artistry. My mother always tears up & is grateful to have a business like B’s Floral that delivers such exquisite flowers to her home. Flowers are her constant reminder that my father is still there by her side.
We have also used B’s Floral for other occasions, for example, my uncle’s funeral, Thanksgiving/Christmas dinners & random celebrations. This business consistently delivers top-notch service, with amazing bouquets. We are always left impressed.
I live in the West Michigan area & I find that B’s Floral does a far better job than most florists over in West Michigan . Not to mention, the prices are fair & reasonable, as compared to West Michigan (where prices are absurd). The best part tho is the service. Everyone you talk to is so kind & thoughtful. I have never had a bad experience here, not once.

If I could give more stars, I would. I went in knowing my goal but not what to order. The owner listened to my thoughts, then I paid for him to create and deliver the flowers. He hand crafted a flower arrangement for my daughter that exceeded my expectations. Not only was he very helpful, friendly, and professional - the price was affordable and my daughter was very happy to get them delivered at her place of employment. Thank you!

I’m from the Dayton, OH area and reached out to B’s Floral & Gifts to help assemble and deliver a same-day gift basket for a resident in Charlotte, MI as part of an important recruiting effort for our business.
I called B’s at 9:30 in the morning, explained what I was trying to accomplish, and they simply said, “We know what to do.” And they absolutely did.
They assembled a beautiful flower arrangement, went above and beyond by visiting another local retailer to purchase additional gifts, completed the flower and gift basket, and had it delivered by 3 PM the same day.
Excellent attention to detail, excellent service, and an all-around incredible customer experience. To top it off, we received a commitment from the person we were recruiting by the end of the day.

We are from out of town and stopped in to get two cut bouquets on a Saturday for our daughters college graduation. The owner Ryan, took our budget and suggestions and made two beautiful pieces. He was so kind and thoughtful on what he was making! Also, the shop is sooooo cute!! If I could’ve I would’ve gotten half the store! We highly recommend going here for your floral needs!
